Bio
Emily is the Project Specialist for the Advancing California’s Trauma-Informed Systems (ACTS) team at the Chadwick Center for Children and Families. In her role, Emily develops collaborative relationships with child-serving county partners to develop, implement and sustain trauma-informed care strategies within their agency. She provides technical assistance on organizational change practices and supports staff training on trauma-informed practices.
Emily is a nonprofit professional with a Master of Public Health. Emily excels in navigating diverse stakeholder landscapes to drive meaningful impact. She also brings a wealth of experience working in various social service settings, including experience as a leader at a residential homeless service nonprofit in which she led organizational change efforts aimed at advancing trauma-informed care.
